I found Sam's to be a small version of Costco. They seem to have a lot of the same things, very helpful employees working there and their prices were very competitive. Besides that their membership fee is a lot less than Costco

I was treated like a criminal just because I was purchasing a lot of items. I usually go to Sam club weekly to restock my business and I spend $500 to $100 every time I go but today their wasn’t any cashiers available to checkout and I had to use the self checkout. When I was half way through scanning the items an employee (old woman) comes buy and tell me that I have to make sure to scan everything. Which I was doing but when I finished scanning everything and was heading out and walked by her, I heard her radio the guy at the door check these people they are probably stealing. Which I made me feel angry that these people have the nerves to make it seem like I am stealing even though I pay their membership and I have more than enough money to pay for my items. Sam club should really try to work on their customers service and their policies.

I ordered ahead and set up a pickup it was nice for me to take my time ordering, did not have to fo in which saves me money. And the lady that brought my order out was happy and it just made my day more enjoyable less stress is a plus in my book

My 8 year old grandson at the last minute asked for a cake decorated with a carrot and broccoli for his birthday. He wanted white cake with chocolate frosting between the two layers. I got my order placed just in time.The ladies working in the bakery were awesome. I had help placing the order and when I picked the cake up the froster lady was willing to put a carrot and a broccoli on top. We loved the finished product. I chose a small cake surrounded by cupcakes. The colors were perfect. My grandson was especially happy. Thank you ladies for your excellent customer service and willingness to help create a wonderful memory.

You dispute it with your credit card company and just raise holy hell with Sam's Club.
Down load the Sam's club app put your membership number in and presto there's your card you will never lose it. And the scan and pay is awesome.
They clean every cart before they let you use it. There's hand sanitizer by the entrance. All the employees are wearing masks. Six foot social distance stickers on the floor.
If I remember correctly the pharmacy doesn't open until 9 a.m. .
They said they don't know exactly what they're getting but that when they do get paper products they sell out within a half hour right now

They sell alcohol, but you have to go inside. Not available for curbside pickup .
It depends whenever they have time to tie lunch. It supposed to be at a regular time everyday. If it benefits the customer I imagine they make minor adjustments. I will contact the pharmacist and inquire. Will provide an update shortly.
