Signs say open at 8:30. Nowhere else is this posted for another opening time than Google listing. Haven't been able to change my phone number or pin inside the bank so I can't even use the ATM. Their online banking support is in no way helpful and couldn't resolve a single issue I had with my banking security.

If I could leave 0 I would. The Greeley US Bank branch is HORRIBLE! You can tell the employees hate their jobs just by the attitudes and demeanor. The customer service is rotten, and, after speaking to the branch manager, you can tell that the customer service, or lack there of, rolls down hill from the top! I will start the process of moving our business account elsewhere. A simple wire transfer is too much to handle, apparently. All I needed was a simple receipt for a wire transfer that I have been able to receive at any wire transfer I have ever done. That's all they would have had to do to keep me as a customer. They couldn't get it done, and not only couldn't get it done, but had attitude behind it. Also, Mr. Branch Manager, it's been almost three hours and still no "instant email" receipt that you so pompously claimed there was.

I was disappointed by the customer service my husband and I experienced today. My husband and I went through the drive thru to request certain bank statements. Mind you we dealt with two different people over the phone who kept emailing us the wrong statements. So we went into our branch location and asked for these particular dates. We left not realizing they were the wrong statements. No big deal go through and ask again. Same lady, told her we received wrong dates if we can have these certain dates. With her annoyed tone told us the dates we requested are not available until after business day. Could of mentioned that the first time. So my husband asked for another statement to the closest dates. When she gave them to us we’re obviously going to review so we don’t have to come back. She got upset told us those are correct ones. She then rolled her eyes and walked away as my husband was saying thank you. Why is she annoyed having to do her job! If anyone should be annoyed it’s us! We were very patient through this whole ordeal. These statements are very important and needed to purchase our home. This lady doesn’t represent the whole branch but hopefully is more considerate and patient!

So frustrated with this bank! Both nationally and locally. I have NEVER left a negative review anywhere!! Have banked at many banks and have never had the experience of rude and unhelpful reps. There has been one helpful employee in the whole time with these guys. Have an elderly parent who is very confined and has a hard time on the phone but has taken time to call in to try to get me on his account as a representative to help him and has had nothing but rudeness and trouble! The closest bank is hours away and have spent many attempts to call and even travel hours just to get told we suddenly don’t have the right documentation. Wouldn’t even let me put a deposit into the account! Not much more we can do and very upsetting they are treating the elderly and veterans like this!!

After your loan is approved and booked, you can access the funds in your checking account immediately. Funds deposited to your account after 8 p.m. CT will be available for withdrawal, but will not post to your account until the next business day.
