Fast service... went in at 6pm on a friday night and all the food on the line (which is visible to the customers.. not sure if they realize that...) was absolutely gross. Dried up. Crusty. Hadn't been stirred or changed in quite some time. Gave it a shot cause we were in a hurry. Niw I feel like I'll end up with food poisoning in the near future. Only reason I gave 2 stars was the people working were actually alright, food was garbage

The food is good, and the staff were friendly and eager to help, but were unable to help me redeem rewards through the app, or explain to me why I could not (this occurred multiple times). Nor were they able to provide me with contact information for someone who could. As someone who likes the convenience of the Moe's app these experiences have been disappointing.

Friendly staff, design is open and spacious so even if crowded you have room, line is usually about 15-20 minutes. Love the queso cheese and chips!!!! Prices are a bit high, but the Monday burrito deal is pretty good.
