I read the awful reviews about customer service, and honestly if I were the only working there I can't say I would be beaming with joy. I knew what I needed and Sarah was able to order for me and it got there when she said it would. Kudos to her busting her rear when I didn't see another soul working there.

I am very upset because I wanted them to turn the rotors of my car, and I even purchased the brake pads to do the full job. I asked them if the machine to turn the rotors was working and they said yes, because usually they say it’s not working because they don’t want to do the job. They refused to turn the rotors making excuses about the rotors for example I measured the rotors beforehand and the size of them and condition were perfectly fine and once at Auto parts they told me it wasn’t a good enough size. A lot of people know the workers don’t want to do that specific job because they want to sell the parts, just because I bought the brake pads I thought they would do it, and turns out they didn’t. I will not be coming back to this store.
