make sure you bring plenty of water and food....because you'll be there HOURS after your appointed time. The staff is friendly but the wait times are RIDICULOUS. 2 HOURS TO SEE THE DOCTOR AFTER THE TIME THEY TOLD YOU TO ARRIVE. PLACE CLOSED AT 4PM. MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 1:30 DIDN'T SEE A DOCTOR UNTIL 3:30PM

Went in with my husband since he had an appointment. While I waited outside in the lobby noticed a few things that for me are a bit concerning, noticed a lack off communication and training. Overall it was a decent place and would recommend if those concerns improved.

Just bring a copy of your pay stub & they will work according to what your income is & they will get you signed up for insurance.
Yes they do. Is this for you or a child? Generally for a child there is no co-pays. For you, probably double check with your insurance.

Hello! Yes, this can all be done within the patient portal - you will find it on the website and it is called MyVNA. www.vnahealth.com. You will be asked to register for the portal at your next appointment and then will receive an email giving you access.
