Why do I get here 15 minutes early if my appointment was at 2:15 and its already 3:00 . I'm in so much pain but these people don't seem to give a dam 😕 . While girl over here is shopping on Amazon . SMH ..

No one picks up the phone for check ups or appointments, lazy and unprofessional. The billing people are the only good and Profesional.

this place is the absolute worst...I finally managed to get in touch with them and set up a call appointment only to have them not call me at the time that they scheduled. I tried calling but the phone goes straight to a message saying you need to leave a message, which you actually can't do. It's really unfortunate cause I like my PCP that's based there, but it's impossible to see her. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

It is impossible to get in contact with them. I called every hour for 2 days straight and they would not answer, you also don’t have an option to leave a voicemail. I sent 2 emails 3 weeks ago and I still have not gotten a response. I called for vaccinations and the doctor told me to come in any time but once I arrived they informed me they are taking appointments only.
