Terrible customer service. Nurses are incompetent with bad attitudes. I constantly remind them to please not talk down to me as I speak English and have a Master's Degree. Apparently asking questions for context, gives them permission to be rude and dismissive. Moreover, even when I try to speak to provide reasons for my elevated frustrations (which btw they created over several weeks), they do not let you because of the constant interruptions. And when they don't want to help you any more, you can expect to be hung up on. No follow up. I have to take care of myself and my family without the assistance of my doctor and the HMO that I pay every month because of the ego from the nurses. The nurses need customer service training and culture competence/sensitivity training.

I'm not sure how Mercedes Narez became a doctor. I accompanied my mom to a doctor's appointment with Mercedes Narez and she was the worst doctor I've ever met. Mercedes Narez lacks the most basic qualities a doctor should have. She had the worst bedside manner, she was condescending and she didn't listen. Even worse, she misrepresented our visit in her summary (maybe because he doesn't listen). I wish I could give this doctor a negative star, but unfortunately I'll have to give her a 1 star to get this comment up. Kaiser, you have to do better.

Very bad customer service very hard to reach them they don't call you back I don't think they care about you they also put all kinds of restrictions during the covid for their convenient so they can give you a very poor service they didn't let us go into the building during their lunch one time I was there during the lunch time and they Kick us out they also do wrong Diagnostics

I had a worst experience with my first visit to Kaiser and new Doctor NAREZ today. She wasn’t listening and didn’t want to listen to my questions or complaints about my health. Very cold and not compassionate at all. But another staff was very friendly and nice. I want to give 5 stars for Mammogram specialist Kim. She makes me want to stay with Kaiser.

No, they don't. Panorama City KP has urgent & emergency care. For urgent care, get there early and grab a number to minimize wait times. Lines get long...fast! KP NoHo opens for medical appointments and pharmacy pickup at 9am. 8th and 9th floors.
Yes, with an appointment. They sometimes offer flu shots during flu season w/o appointments but you would have to already be there for an appointment.

Almost immediately by my numerous experiences. Even post - Covid it is within 24hrs ! Often I don’t make it home or even out of the building before I get a call. But most of these were pre-Covid.
