Monday 15, 2022 pharmacy was supposed to be open at 8:00am but opens at 8:30 am. When employees were ask why. They just give customers a bad attitude.

My mom has a lump in her breast and were not sure if she has something serious and they have cancelled these last two appoitments on her, I am very upset with Kaiser they have been no help and someone can be very sick and they do not try to offer any help lately. including how this take times out of our day and having to worry what is going to happen.

We have been trying to make a payment for optometry, there is no reception ever in, I've called for two weeks and no answer. Just spoke to someone who tranferred me and n/a again.

Yes it is a Kaiser Medical Clinic. They have Laboratory, X-rays, Optometrist, Pharmacy, & Nurse Clinic. NO URGENTCARE - NO EMERGENCY SERVICES
Yes... Its easier to make appointments online at KP.org. it gives options to pick pediatricians and schedule appointments. You can even switch your doctors. Btw its shots not shoots. 💉 Vs🔫
There is no urgent care services at this location. There is urgent Care at the kaiser on Sunset Blvd

Yes.. They are giving them as you walk into front door through back parking lot. Just show your membership card.
I recommend you go to urgent care. Expect to pay a deductable. Dont go to the emergency unless its absoulty an Emergency. It will be more expensive.
