Dr. Del Mundo is the most amazing doctor I have ever dealt with. He made me feel comfortable and able to talk to him about any health issues I might have. I was under his care for 3 pregnancies and I had zero issues. He is quick to send referrals if needed but doesn’t wait for the referrals to go through.. he is always one step ahead. He will send you to do blood work and ultrasounds so that when the referral is ready all needed is also ready.

I love my provider and most of the staff. The billing department is the absolute worst! They can not keep track of any payments! They will over charge you every single time. When they can’t get your insurance right, you are to blame and they try to make you pay out of pocket for your visit! They really need to reevaluate their billing department.

Overall this is a great doctor office. Very clean and nice. Dr. Klis and his NP were awesome. I really liked that all of the ultrasounds are sent to you during the appointment. I would say my biggest complaint though, would be that the wait times were terrible. You're waiting for an hour or more to be seen. Also, having to pay for forms to be filled out and waiting 7-10 business days seems crazy to me. Especially when they are time sensitive papers. But that is just my opinion.

San Dimas is all about the money. They refuse to listen to their patients. I called for an OB appointment, they wouldn’t see me until I did their financial planning. I called again to be seen for ovary pain. The lady would not listen to me. Would not schedule an appointment. Just told me all she could do was cancel my financial appointment because I had ectopic pregnancy. DISGUSTING experience. I did not felt safe or listened to.
