I have never had an issue when I've came here. All the staff members are extremely kind and helpful. Once when I was late, they let me have my appointment regardless which was much too kind. Juliette is an absolute saint and such a joy to spend time with. I love chatting with her! She's as gentle as possible and very informative as well. My first time in she was so kind and made me feel super comfortable. I have no need to visit another waxing facility as this is the perfect one! Thank you to everyone who works here. You all do an amazing job.

Juliette is by far the best waxer I’ve ever had! She pulls the wax so quick & waits until it’s hard enough so it doesn’t hurt whatsoever! She’s hard to schedule with but worth the wait because I just love her so much she’s so kind too & has a great bubbly personality!
