Make sure to call and set up an appointment when visiting Rich (he takes walk-ins) - he is that popular. The amount of walk-ins he receives is mind-boggling; be kind because he is running his shop by himself for the time being, and commutes from Tacoma. He tries his best to see everyone, so much so that he even comes in on his days off. Every individual walks out of his shop feeling dapper and happy. You can't beat his prices, either, he will perfect your fade at the price of $30. Look no further, this brother will give you the best hair cut you have ever had in your life. God bless!

The best haircut I have had in years! Rich cut my hair, he took the time to make it right, it has been years since I have been to a barber that actually cared to take the time to cut your hair, and make it look good. Lines are crisp and clean, hands down the best barber in bremerton that I have been too. For years I used a barber in silverdale, Jazzy Cuts will be my new "go to" barber shop. Make an appointment and you will not be disappointed.

Alright... I'mma start off with saying that I want to leave a one start so I can keep this barber to myself but that's not me. I called up and he said he wasn't busy and took my name down. Got there and he was finishing up someone and another in front of me. Asked him how long and he gave a truthful time. I decided to wait. Ran to the ATM and got some cash even though he takes cash. Boy let me tell you..... Best damn haircut I have had in years. I'm hooked. I'll be back and he knows it.
