How do you pick your all- stars, and do you choose them. In your league is it mainly coaches and league members kids who make it. In one local league I was noticing that happened and wondered how you work.

Depends on the ages. 12 year olds vote for the best players for the All Star players from their team. Really, why would they vote for players that were not good? It is important for these players. They play hard to earn that right.
