I really like the store because you can do lots of things and it from sending off your packages, copying papers ,sending fax, they even have a section where you can use the internet and Microsoft Word if you don't have a personal computer. I love the store

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. My package is over a week late and not one representative can give me any information about when it will be delivered. Was on hold for an hour then twice transferred to the wrong department. There is obviously no accountability for their actions.
