Great experience for amateurs who never played softball/baseball before. The Batting Cages have various speeds from slow pitch 30 mph to 80 mph. The owner was very accommodating and friendly to all my friends, considering there were 15 of us, most of whom never touched a bat before. Prices are great for small and large groups. Would easily come back.

I have been bringing my son here off and on for about a year and he loves it every time. We have participated in summer camps and vacation camps, and now the after-school program at Vista Park. I have always been impressed by the coaches' genuine interest in helping players, as well as their own love for the sport. They are positive, knowledgeable, and calm. My son always leaves happy and feeling confident. They have always been accommodating with scheduling concerns and seem vigilant with their procedures and practices related to COVID safety. There are some reviews online that describe the facility as poorly maintained and run-down, but it's kids playing baseball people...fancy shouldn't be a priority! In life, things break when they are used a lot and they take a while to get fixed...get over it! I love that the employees and management are more concerned with teaching baseball and coaching quality players, rather than putting on airs. I highly recommend!

While the location is convenient the availability of machines is not great. The last few times I've been here not all of the machines have been working and I end up having to wait with several other people in a crowded area for the one slow pitch cage. Another aspect that is the lighting, which should probably be increased and evened out as some cages are better than others. On the plus side this place does have wide lanes such that batting left is doable. Seems simple I know but I've been to cages where you can't take a left handed swing without hitting a solid object. The cost here is $2 for about 20 pitches. They could also probably speed up the pitches slightly to get people through more quickly. I'd revise my rating higher if they could get one or two more of the slow pitch cages up and running consistently. This is a place I want to like but it just has too many shortcomings to warrant a higher rating.

Happened to be here during their “happy hour” which is literally ONE HOUR on Saturday (5-6pm). First time there and the one star is for the fact that the cages were cool, it’s $7 a person for unlimited hitting and the other guests using the facility were nice. On the other hand, the staff is very dull. I get it, they’re kids that obviously lack training and people skills. The experience was okay. During the hour I got in 2 rounds of bp and was finally ready for my third after waiting for a family when I was told to get out of the cage in the middle of my final round. It’s a judgment call and I thought it was poor. Didn’t want to argue as it was a minute past 6pm. But to tell someone to get out while the machine was on was extremely RUDE. Friends and I left and while talking in the parking lot, we noticed they were just watching basketball on the TV. Will not be back. It may be in their best interest to train their staff as it affects the people coming in and paying to use their facilities.

We have no idea as we’re not allowed to open by the state and county due to Covid restrictions

What about softballs being used in facility? Will the balls void a warranty on a bat? Can you bring a bag of your own to hit?

If your player has a composite bat I do not suggest it be used at the cages if they use the "dimple" style balls there.

Does this facility have a slow pitch softball machine or fast pitch softball only?

They have both slow and fast soft ball machines.
