Waited for 20 minutes in curbside with no service. went in and the staff said they didn’t even start the order. waited another 10 minutes and my order was incorrect. Had to wait extra time for them to fix it. workers were rude during the entire process. it was not busy during this time and other cars were in and out

The worst experience I’ve had ever at any restaurant period. Food was wrong & cold, & waited 30 minutes for it. The workers there are rude and disrespectful I would hate to work at that location. Unfortunately this is why they should not raise minimum wage. McDonald’s should just close this location like Walmart did with midtown. Just shooting them selves in the foot with customers who will never return. Also first review I’ve ever done I’ve got better things to do with my time then to write about “fast food”

This place doesn't make sense. I got charged $5 for a triple cheeseburger which I normally get for $3 & some change. All of a sudden it's &5 so while in there parking lot I called 2 other locations and there were $319&$339 as they should be. What the &#$?? ##& is going on with the 6631 w. North Ave locations and this is not the only issue with this store. There late night crew is disrespectful and unprofessional. PEOPLE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS LOCATIONS!!!!!! And I have the receipt to prove it
