This location has been great in the past few months. There was a time when they struggled after COVID, but things have really come together and I have not experienced any service issues or delays since. The team does a great job and I am happy to get my pizza from the Wauwatosa State Street location!

I placed an order online. The tracker updated a few minutes later saying it had been accepted and would be delivered in 50 minutes to an hour. Later the tracker updated to baking and never advanced beyond that. An hour and 15 minutes later I called to see where my order was. I let it ring for several minutes and even tried calling back another time. No one answered despite it being 2 hours before they closed. I was home and awake for several more hours. No one showed up with my order. I decided to leave it until the morning to call and get a refund. I called and spoke to a manager. They said they would look into it and assured me I'd be given a full refund. He did not even offer me so much as an apology for the inconvenience. A week later I called back because the charge had not been refunded. I spoke with the same manager who informed me the store manager would have to do the refund. He offered no explanation as to why I never got my order or why the store manager hadn't processed my refund in the last week since we'd spoken. I again was not offered even so much as an apology for the inconvenience.

Toppers is good at pizza but I ordered a thin crust this time which was a first, and boy are they THIN! When I grabbed the box I almost thought nothing was in it. But the presentation was great but the lack of sauce is not good at all. They could have at least added a drop of sauce but it was all cheese, meat and crust! Where’s the sauce ???? Toppers
