The local Rite aid is one of the best managed chain drug stores I’ve been to. The staff is friendly and helpful, the store is clean and usually well stocked.

I'd like to recognize the pharmacy staff who helped me grab a prescription just after closing time on 4/23/22. Our physician called in the scrip for our 3 year old and told us to "wait 45 minutes". Little did I know that the pharmacy closed early on the weekend.. Typically, I visit on weekdays, so I didn't think anything of it. It would have been easy to turn me away but the gentleman, who was clearly at the end of his shift, helped me anyway. It was a simple act of kindness and it was greatly appreciated. You never know what people are going through.

Wow, what a piece this rite aid is in Mira Monte. Absolut marvel and its aisles seem more aligned with the establishment. I usually find c grade rite aid locations and this was a mistake in good disguise. Well done folks, enjoy photos.

I have been going to Ojai Rite Aid for over 20 years and have never had a complaint, until recently. I go there multiple times a week and have always had a great experience until now. Matt and all the guys in there are great, the pharmacists are great, but the new young girls have no clue what the heck they are doing. It took the girl like 5-10 minutes just to find a bar code to ring up for a patio table and then when she finally found it.. it was the wrong pricing. The guy had to come help her fix it. I also bought 3 ice creams which were half melted by the time I got out of there and she didn’t even offer a bag. She had zero customer service skills, just stares blankly. It’s sad when your the customer and asking how their day is and they barely talk to you. Also, the older women is great at what she does, but always seems grumpy and not a great customer service attitude at all! The guys should get raises and the woman need wayyyyy more training! It would be nice to see more friendly people that actually want to work and appreciate their job!
