Great neighborhood place to eat. The people are wonderful and do a great job in working as fast as they can to get your order out to you. Always say Hi to Doug the cook. He is a retired Veteran and is one of the best cooks in Richmond. He always has nice things to say and he will make someone 😃 laugh to brighten your day. I'm glad the store is always clean and this place stays busy.

The staff was delightful, would have been better if they weren't so short staffed. They also didn't have waffles because they said the previous shift hadn't made the batter, and the batter needs to rest for a certain period before it can be served.

It's a Waffle House, so of course the food is gonna be very good. Went late at night and everyone was kind and friendly so it was a nice past midnight place to eat and chill with friends after hanging out all night.

No dine in? This is not a carry-out type place. No way for a customer to know either. Definitely not recommended.

The Waffle House does practice Social Distancing. It is never over crowded. I prefer to order ahead & takeout. I have done this multiple times & my order is ALWAYS 100% accurate.
