By far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The manager was extremely rude to both me and my autistic son. I am honestly disgusted. This is the last time I will EVER by new balance. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Totally unacceptable.

The woman sales person was extremely helpful. I found a pair of running shoes that fit my wide foot. I would have bought more if they had had a walking shoes in similar size. I will return when they restock.
