i came in the other night pretty close to closing and still felt very welcomed. by the time my food was done, it was pouring outside and the young black girl working offered to use the store umbrella and walk me to my car. definitely one of the best customer service experiences i have had.

Lack of double checking and verification of food being handed out. Received wrong food and upon calling the store spoke with a supervisor who acted as if it was not their problem nor fault. Saying they could remake our food a week from today as if that would rectify the current problem of their incompetence.

Always good. I think the prices may have increased again and that slows me down a bit but I still go occasionally. And I always bring home some fries to reheat and eat later!

Do not eat here. Don't waste your money on a over price burger that doesn't taste good very greasy and very messy to eat. You'll better off at Burger King or Wendy's. Worst $14 I've ever spent. Not to mention the staff is not that friendly. Stay away from this place.
