I needed a water system in my apartment when I moved 6 months ago so I decided to give it a try on Aqualife's water system. Water tastes great - which is probably the main concern for everyone, I personally think it's even better than the water bottle waters. Installation was very quick and solid. Their installation employee showed up very quickly in few days and he was very nice too. Also, they were kind to give me a reminder through a phone call on water filter change. Their employee showed up in few days again and changed the filter very professionally. I'd definitely recommend Aqualife Water Systems.

This company is serious about their RO water system. Very informative and supportive staff! Paul was very helpful in answering all my questions about new service setup in a friendly manner. It took around the 1 hour install and good to see and use it. The price is great for the water, and the water taste is superior. I would highly recommend them.

I have been customer for a very long time. Yesterday, I get an automated voice messaging system calling me that I have, to call or go online to schedule. Not even an option to press zero for operator. Nothing. I had to lookup their info because I didn't have time to grab a pen. Finally, I called a Korean guy answers. I gave him my information. I also told him that their automated system needs some work. His attitude was to cut me off so he can talk. Then he says someone will call me back between 2-4pm. Well, nobody did call me back. I knew he was up to something. I get a call this morning from the installer he showed up to my house. I told him nobody called. I'm so irrated right now. Nobody at the company cares if I've been with them for many years nor do they care how many people I have referred. They give the typical Korean treatment. ATTITUDE.
