They provided my order and it appears ordering pup cups was an issue. The barista appeared young minded or lacked courtesy as she said aloud "Are you serious‽" Well I guess a customer buying their order including some free pup cups should be fine. I thought. I felt offended in a way and then for her to get her supervisor because of her lapsed judgment. The barista said one thing and the manager said the opposite which I can see inconsistencies. I was so frustrated that I asked for my funds back and went to my favorite customer service friendly Starbucks 🌟

They messed up on my order today on 12/19/21 I really wanted the pink strawberry drink but got a mango dragon fruit. I dislike that drink because it taste like Gatorade. However, they’re very kind and I know they would’ve fixed my order but it’s too bad I drove off without making sure. I will be checking my order before driving off so I hope the employees have patience because I will check throughly.

Went through the drive through and like all Starbucks of course it was packed BUT this, drive through actually moved pretty smoothly!! Went cause the hubby works nights so needed a little pick me up and the Chai Tea Iced Latte is the perfect cure... Unfortunately the customer ahead of us was a huge problem and wouldn't leave until she got her discount... Really lady... Representative handled it well and finally line moved...
