Worst customer service. Hold times on the phone are usually over 30 minutes . Trash scattered in parking lot. Venue pretty dirty.Stafff is the least helpful with customers. Lazy and uncaring. Even management is unwilling to help and listen to customers concerns. Glad to have changed our entire families pharmacy needs someplace else.

The worst pharmacy experience. I wait for 10 mins for pick up my antibiotics and was told I have to line up at drop off in order to provide my insurance details. Then I talked to drop off guy, and he was confused with me and the other patient, said the medicine isn’t related to my dental plan. Then I wait another 20 mins after he talked to another girl behind and assigned a female staff to me. However they are unable to figure out my dental insurance plan even after I told them how my dentist found out from the system just literally 1 hour ago. I ended up paying cash after being told to go back to pick up line AGAIN. 30mins wait!!!!!!!!! Omg I can’t complain the wait cuz that’s not what they can do about but the efficiency and professionalism needs improvement for sure,

Consistently the slowest CVS pharmacy and check-out line I've ever been to. It reliably takes 35 minutes to get my prescriptions picked up - SO slow.

Been on hold to speak to Pharmacy for 30 min to refill my son's meds. No one ever answers! This is not the way to treat customers who are already ill. 😕 I have called repeatedly throughout the day and same thing. This is ridiculous. Please find a solution!
