This is my first time ordering plants from Monrovia online, and it was a great experience!!! I am a horticulturalist and there is one plant I purchase whenever it is available at a local retail nursery: Aloe polyphylla. It is a rare plant and a plant that is hard to grow. I had often asked my local nurseries to order it from Monrovia to no avail. Finally, I could order the plant directly online from Monrovia. I ordered it in the Fall; it was scheduled to be delivered at a local nursery in the following Spring. I contacted Monrovia after the scheduled shipment date when I had not heard from anyone and finally I received a call from the nursery that it was in. The plant was perfect!!! I received followup emails from Monrovia statusing my order. The entire process from ordering to pickup was smooth and efficient. I would definitely recommend this nursery. And I plan to order more and other plants from this nursery.

Ordered 6 months ago. No plants. Customer service won’t return calls or email. Just a generic return email. Unable to get a refund.

I placed my first two online orders seven weeks ago. On the 1st order I found the same Monrovia Hellebore at my local nursery for 35% less, the plants were not on sale of damaged. The 2nd order for Australian Tree ferns were supposed to ship 15 days ago and after repeated phone calls and emails I was told they plants hadn't shipped and they didn't know when they would. I will not order from this company again.

I love this place because it's not only a beautiful and well kept Company but it is also a part of Southern Californa history and always put in motion by the good people who own Monrovia Nurseries and those that work there, and all there plants and trees are well kept and grown correctly. Love this place and all the others Monrovia Nurseries has. Keep up the good work. Thank you!
