so while i am waiting for my shingrix vaccination an elderly woman comes in and asks for the covid 19 booster the clerk asks if she had an appointment how do i do that she responds the clerk answers by the computer the woman responds i am 90 years old and dont have a computer that was the end of the conversation the clerk ignored her and the woman left shame shame on this clerk and rite aid on the other hand i find the pharmicists to be professional and great to deal with mu opinion this clerk needs some interpersonel skills training by the was pharmacy was empty except for me

DO NOT FILL YOUR SCRIPTS HERE!!! Absolutely ludacris. Had a doctor's office send over a script for a surgery I was having the next day.i gave them 7 hours to fill it. I go to pick it up and they tell me they're 5 days behind filling scripts. So now I'm out of surgery without any meds. And no one in the pharmacy picks up the phone. Totally ridiculous.

Everytime I've shopped here the staff & manager are always friendly & accomadating. They are the only pharmacy around that carries the soft gel vitamins.

I never use Rite Aid, always CVS. This time, CVS was not able to fill a prescription for me because the medication was backordered. I called Rite Aid to check if they had the medication and they said for now they have it. Had doctor electronically send in the precsription. Went to pick it up the next day and was faced with a nasty pharmacist with a chip on his shoulder. He would not fill the prescription even though the doctor sent it in. Said that the dosage was too high because insurance showed a lower dosage was recently purchased and he needed to contact the doctor in the morning. Obviously the doctor had prescribed this dosage because the other one was not effective. The new prescription was electronically sent in, so what is his problem? I kept trying to explain to this rude pharmacist and he was just determined not to fill my prescription. Note to self, next time I will just wait till CVS has it in stock instead of dealing with idiots.
