We ordered the combo spicy chicken sandwich and the regular chicken sandwich. Fries and sandwich were both cold. Had to way for them to make new. Terrible service

Staff is great! Been eating here since I was a kid and now feed my own family our KFC favorites. Rarely have a problem but when I did today the staff was understanding and fixed my problem quickly.

How ridiculous that you cannot go inside to order OR eat indoors. No cash register inside...you have to go to the drive up. I felt sorry for the young lady trying to take orders at her window because the drive thru speaker is broken. This place is going to downhill fast.

Gross...so for starters. My boyfriend said he's ordering kfc and I warned him about how every single time we order there they mess up and they basically take our money and I never get to eat. I said ill just get popcorn chicken God knows they can't mess that up and a chicken little, at all other locations chicken Littles are my fav! This location how ever, the night crew, seem to not have it together. I swear they all must be high or something. One time it took them 1 hour and 30 min after having me pull up and wait for 6 wings and two biscuits!!😱 for an order btw that was ordered online and suppose to be ready pick up.tried calling the store multiple times to see if I was forgotten, and if I should come back. Of course no answer. There was no one in line when I got there either....😑But last night Jan 6th 2022, we doordashed, kfc claimed to have given our food to someone else 😅 when we finally got food, my chicken littles bread was so hard it was uneddible either stale or sat under a food heater too long. The chicken goldless and chewy🤮 not sure how that happened. My pop corn chicken had about four piece of chicken in it, the rest of the box was full of the crumbs you know the little crunchy pieces at the end of a bag 🤧. We had no silverware, no straws, no sauce and no napkins....I could understand no napkins if the food was actually finger lickn good but alas here I am with a one star review. Given this location multiple attempts and not one, not a single time has it been worth our money. Im not sure if the mangers of this location care to fix there problems. They have even told me the dinning room not being opened is because corporate is weird about covid, I asked them why would corporate be worried about covid when not a single one of the workers are even wearing masks. They looked dumbfounded. Seriously fix this restaurant! Find sober workers who actually work! I've never ordered here during the day and I've seen good reviews here so im assuming the day crew rocks, so get your stronger crew to fix the broken, weak, stone minded night crew. Please 💔
