The smart carts are so much fun, it saves a lot of time. The entire store is very neat and well kept. Price wise, it used be a bit cheaper a year back than now. The deli has lot of options. I have tried the sushi and cheese balls, both were fresh and tasted good. I was not so impressed with the meat section, most of the items were packaged, the meat on display in the butcher side looked like old meat. Prime members get an additional 10 percent off on sale items.

Great place! Very convenient and a good amount of parking. The store has a mixture of random foods and items. Mix of 365 brands (whole foods) and others. Very nice staff and clean. Would definitely come back again. The online shopping works great as well. Usually has everything in stock and if they ship without the item. You get refunded for the missing item.

Who knew grocery shopping could be a fun event. The computerized shopping cart indeed was quite an experience. The store was clean and the staff very helpful. Dennis in produce was especially helpful and his assistance made this a wonderful way to get to know the store well.

When Amazon Fresh first opened it was great. However, now their prices have gone up significantly and certain items are more expensive than Ralph’s or Vons. Also, they always seem to be out of a good amount of products. I’ve started shopping at the major grocery store chains because I don’t want to keep making multiple stops. Fix your supply chain Amazon!

I needed it too but they don’t have one. Only official customer service of Amazon who cannot get a direct number of the store. It’s very inconvenient If someone looses something and need to call to see if anyone returned it.
Not anymore. They do not produce any, and the cashiers can not give it to you.
Yes. Go early. Otherwise, you have to wait in line outside. Fun store. Friendly staffs will answer questions. Alexa can help finding items in the store plus answers for ingredients of products and related store items issues. Check it out for different experience.
