UPDATE: Well, they came out to spray this week and just a few days later, I've gotten a bunch of mosquito bites that I'm happy to post photos of. We're planning to cancel the service and will not stop posting negative reviews on our neighborhood forum and all social media sites until they refund the cancellation fees. UPDATE: My husband called the number provided and they were unwilling to help. He reiterated multiple times that the service doesn't work and that he would like to cancel the service. The company didn't care about the fact that my husband said THE SERVICE DOESN'T work and offered an embarrassing $30 credit or a different package. They do NOT listen. I'm dealing with allergic reactions from mosquitoes and all we want to do is eat dinner outside in our backyard. We don't care about $30. OTHER SERVICES HAVE WORKED BEFORE. We regret changing from Mosquito Squad to this company. My husband already informed them that he will be reviewing the contract with our lawyer because this company does not care about their customers. IF THE SERVICE DOESN'T WORK, LET US CANCEL WITHOUT PENALTY. My husband and I have been pushed to our limit with this company. The salesman convinced my husband to try the service, but one second before he signs, the salesman indicates that we will be bound to a contract. That's fine, but we've been using their service and haven't noticed one difference with ants or mosquitoes. They then tell us that if we want to cancel, there will be a fee of over $200. My husband has tried to contact the salesman about this, with no response back. If we continue to contact this company with no response, and our next service makes no difference, we will be taking legal action to cancel our contract. You can't bind customers into a contract if the service doesn't work.

I have been very satisfied so far with the service I've received. The guy they sent to the house Richard has been very open and to the point about everything they're doing and what we need to do to keep it that way. He's gone above and beyond what he has to do to make sure we're satisfied with the work. I definitely give him a 10 if all other guys are like him they probably have a fabulous money making business. So I say thank you to Hawks pest control you've been awesome thank you very much.

This is a really deceptive business. Wondering if all of these 5 star reviews are paid for. A sale guy knocked on my door offered the service for 80 dollars for general outdoor spray. I expected it was a one time service. I then made sure to ask him for the price and the description of the service. He explained the process and confirmed the service price of 80 dollars. However, here is the scammy part, sales guy never once mentioned that the charge is recurring and that the contract is for quarterly service. He just rushed you to sign the agreement. When I received the contract in email around 10 minutes after the sales guy left for next door house, I read over and quickly realized that I was scammed into signing a quarterly agreement thinking it was a one time only per requested service. I ran after the sales guy telling him to cancel the contract. He said he will do so but kept on asking for a reason. I insisted he performs cancellation right away, but he just said no service scheduled yet and left. His name is Riley Bond for Orange County area ( see attached picture). In the fine print of the contract, you need to mail in written notice or telegram the cancellation form within 3 days which is such hassle. It costs me money now to cancel the service. DEFITNITELY STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have been using Hawx for s couple of years now and I've had only good experiences with the company. I've only ever had one person come out that was not too friendly, but other than that, it's been great customer service. Shout out to Nigel for being so informative and attentive during his last visit. Best guy to show up so far!
