Panera decided to tape the box so tight, that it cooled plastered to the top of the box; we tried to pry it off, but alas, it was too difficult to continue putting in effort. The few pieces that we were able to detach had absolutely no cheese, and looked to have been that way since before cooking. Disappointed and would not recommend.

Usually good but only breakfast items available this morning and the wrap I ordered was damp, chewy and too much greens in one area. Asked for sliced bagel and it wasn't cut through. To be clear, this was the first poor experience. Service was friendly as usual.
