I went to Dana’s for the first time today to buy some donuts for my Co-Workers. As the man was about to start my order a young woman walked in so I insisted she go first because my order was large. She said to the employee in a very low tone that she only had .40 cents on here, is there anything she could afford? Without hesitation the employee immediately responded yes, “Whatever you have is fine.” I obviously told the employee to just add her donut to my order, but that’s not the point. He could tell this young woman was down on her luck and didn’t hesitate to help her in anyway that he could. His shirt said “Joe” on it so Joe, you’re an amazing man. The donuts were great too lol

Recently moved to Pittsburgh, and Dana's was on a list of local bakeries to try out so I thought why not? Let me tell you, from the minute I saw my order I could tell each item was handmade with care and thought. While no two pastries looked identical, it was clear everything was made with quality over quantity in mind and that stood out to me. The pastries were amazing, and I am so excited to continue supporting this place.
