Store has become almost useless. I used to shop there almost every week, now the guys section is so bare it is a waste of time to stop. Plus, last two times I tried to sell some of my brand name guys clothes, both times they bought nothing. I took the same basket to uptown cheapskate and each time they bought several of the same items that Plato's wouldn't. Men while the guys section is almost empty. Maybe they don't want to sell guys stuff anymore

Took in a tote and after 5 days of them not calling me I had to go in and get it. The staff was rude and awful. The items they wanted to buy I said forget it. Would never take anything in there again to sell or buy from them. Shady way to do business.

Stopped here when out of town to buy clothes and they said it would take a day or two to complete the buying process. Waste of time

Gently used teen and young adult casual clothes! Sticking within 1-2 year old labels, keeping up with that is selling currently.

I've asked this question myself. And what I was told was it does not matter the brand but instead the question is. Was this item in style within the last 2 years. That is what they're looking for what's popular right now and will sell.
