The baked items are good and reasonably priced. However, I encountered another patron that verbally harassed me (called me slurs) and swung at me because he “wasn’t happy how fast the line was moving and insisted everyone crams inside the bakery.” I told the staff what he was doing (they could also hear him tell me to “take this outside and he’ll teach me” and cuss at me), however, the staff did nothing and said there’s nothing they can do. We like it here, but there are plenty of other places nearby that will intervene in a matter like this.

Croissants, baguettes, danish, everything is authentic & awesome. Being from Northern NJ - I grew up with old world family bakeries with truly top tier breads and baked goods - five points tops those.

This place wins for artisanal bread. However this isn’t better than la Gourmadine. We usually get $15-20 worth of pastries cookies, quiche, mini pies. The attendant that looks like a man with glasses and short hair is rather uptight and angry every time we order. He seems bothered and upset we walked into the bakery to get pastries. Pictured here are the ham and cheese croissant, the mushroom onion quiche and apple pie. These all totaled $12.51

Incredible pastries. We had an orange cardamom bun - incredible lamination in the dough - and a tasty ham croissant. The shell if the bakery is intoxicating and hits you from blocks away. Not the most amazing coffee, but convenient if you're there for breakfast or amazing bread.
