While offering a wide variety of items, the execution of each was great. Friendly staff and bright interior. Quiet and enjoyable.Thank you Naor... so glad to hear you had such a great experience! All the best! Scott

The waitress told us items that would be on the buffet that were never put out. Also, the serving trays went empty and stayed empty for quite some time. We also waited over 20 minutes before walking to the front desk and asking them to take our check. Wrote out a comment card but I'm not sure if it will be submitted. The food that was available was bad. The potatoes were raw in the middle and the eggs were watery.Good morning Wendy, We are very sorry for this experience. It’s not acceptable at all, and certainly not typical. We hope we can address this before you depart, our Food and Beverage Managers would like to make this right. Thank you and we hope you enjoy the rest of your stay. Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas, Scott

We went to the Gather restaurant for their brunch to celebrate my sister's birthday. There were 12 of us in the group. Most of us had the buffet but a few were going to order off the menu and didn't even get to place their orders until the rest of us had already gotten our meal from the buffet. While the buffet was adequate, there was an omelette station which was the main draw for the majority of us. HOWEVER, the man who was in charge of making the omelettes did not have a clue how to do them. As I waited for my turn, I watched him totally burn the two omelettes before mine. When I asked if he could please not brown the eggs so much, he ignored me. Deciding not to risk it, I went back to the scrambled eggs and did not have the omelette. Two others in our party opted to try them and, as I had seen, had totally dark brown eggs on both sides and they were basically inedible. In one person's comment, the were "like rubber". Seeing that the omelette station is a major -- if the the most important -- part of a brunch, I would hope they could find a better chef to make these. Service was just so-so ... we had to ask for refills on the beverages more than once and had to track someone down to pay when we were ready to leave. While the atmosphere is great, the food and service is just mediocre. I don't think we would choose this restaurant in the future, especially for their brunch.Kathy, I'm very sorry for your experience. The issue you speak of has been corrected; I hope you'll stop back in to give us a try. If you do, please reach out to one of our managers to give us your feedback again. All the best! Scott

Dont even attempt to eat here.... I ordered the specialty Black Rum Bacon Jack Burger (labeled must try). I ordered the burger medium. It came out well done with 1/8th inch of char . There was no bacon. There was no specialty sauce. For the icing on the cake, it came with large amounts of grill cooties on the bun and plate. You know those little burned crispy black things you scape off the grill. In 20 years of staying in hotels, this was the first time I have walked back down to the restaurant with room service. I understand mistakes happen but the willingness to still serve something that is beyond edible is beyond me. I mean, how tough is it to cook a hamburger. I also ordered Mac and cheese which was ok (probably not prepared by this cook) and dinner salad which was good.

Hello Jane. I'm sorry, we are not going to be able to have our Mother's Day Buffet. We hope to be able to get back to them for Thanksgiving and Christmas, and definitely next year.
