Not sure who dispatches but failure to pickup two time sensitive scheduled pickups yesterday and got an email that they were picked up. Nope, still here and brought in after 10 pm last night.

I moved so setup mail forwarding. Shipper for a package forgot to update my address and sent to the old address... but I called USPS and they said dont worry, packages are forwarded too. Confirmed with tracking that it was forwarded. Even got a call from this USPS in RSM saying that they'll forward my package. 10 days later, package was sent back to sender. The culprit, RSM USPS... I hate you. Do your jobs correctly!

It is mainly for Business mails. We went there to apply for a passport and the process was very quick and easy. The passport office in this location has ability to take photos of newborn and so in case you do not have the photos, dont worry. Make sure you carry checkbook as they do not accept credit card or cash.

I mean the place is run down but we had a really good experience getting our passports. We didn’t know we had to pay with a money order and the lady told us where to get one and waited for us to come back even though it made us late to our appointment and she was fun to talk to. I do suggest getting a picture else where because it’s kinda expensive here but other than that we had a really good experience.
