In our newest model, the AirVape X, we have added a new feature which you may change the temperature from Fahrenheit to Celsius by holding down the on/off button and the down arrow button to the right for several seconds.

"Pre-shipment" means that your package has left our warehouse and is waiting to be scanned by the shipping company to begin its journey to you. Please allow up to 8 business days for your tracking information to update.

Every purchase comes with a set of cleaning tools, one of those tools are tweezers included in your cleaning kit. Keep in mind that the chamber screen should rarely need to be changed, possibly once every few months depending on how often you're using the unit. If it does need to be changed/removed, we would recommend using the tweezers to remove the screen that is located at the bottom of the chamber.

You may charge the AirVape Xs and AirVape X with any universal micro USB charger, but the wall adapter should be at 110 voltage. Apollo would also recommend that the best method would be to plug the unit into a computer or lap top to charge.

Vaporizing is extracting flavors and aromas from plants or herbs. It allows you to enjoy nature in a new and better tasting way. A vaporizer gently heats up the herb without combusting it, allowing aromas and flavors to escape.

The AirVape classic Xs can be used to vaporize waxy oil concentrates by using the concentrate cup insert, which can be purchased on our website. The AirVape X can be used to vaporize waxy oil concentrates by using the concentrate pad insert, which can be purchased on our website. The AirVape XS GO can be used to vaporize waxy oil concentrates by using the concentrate pad insert, which can be purchased on our website. Keep in mind that while using the concentrate cup or pad, is to not be used to vaporize e-liquid nor e-juice. The concentrate cup and/or is to only be used for waxy oil concentrate. When using the concentrate cup or pad, only use a very small amount of wax, about the size of a grain of rice and vaporize at the highest temperature setting of 428F.

Take the mouthpiece apart and let it soak in alcohol for several hours, clean the parts by using the cleaning accessories that came in the box and then let the mouthpiece air dry. Also, be sure that you're properly putting the mouthpiece and airflow box back together correctly, otherwise this will impact the airflow. If you're still having an issue with your mouthpiece, please contact us through our website for further assistance.

The bottom part of the airflow box with the pyramid of holes should be on the left and then the other side of the airflow box with the flower circle of holes should be at the top to the right side. The screen with all holes goes at the very bottom of the mouthpiece, below the airflow box.

This depends on how often you're using your unit. For example for someone who typically uses the unit daily, we would recommend cleaning the unit once per week. Every purchase comes with a cleaning kit, which you may use the cleaning tool to clean out the ceramic chamber. As for the mouthpiece, we recommend taking the mouthpiece apart, clean with the brush, soak the pieces in alcohol for a couple of hours and then allowing it to air dry before putting the mouthpiece back together.

While the device is charging, you should see a charging indicator displayed on the device. If you do not see the charging indicator while charging, try using a different USB cable and/or a different wall adapter. Also, try plugging the device into the computer with a different USB charger. The issue could be the charger or the wall adapter that came with the device and in this case, AirVape will replace your charger or wall adapter at no extra cost. If you continue to have an issue with charging your unit after trying these other methods, please contact us on our website.

In previous classic AirVape Xs units, you may change the automatic shut off timer from 3 to 5 minutes by holding the on/off button and down arrow button to the right. To go back to 3 minutes automatic shut off time, hold the on/off button and the up arrow button that is to the left. However, in our newest AirVape X model, we have added a new feature! You may change the temperature from Fahrenheit to Celsius by holding the on/off button and the down arrow button that is to the right. In these newer units, you may adjust the automatic shut off timer by holding the on/off button and the up arrow button that is to the left, to go from 3 to 5 minutes or from 5 to 3 minutes.

To turn on: click the 'on/off' button three times, then select the desired temperature using the arrow buttons. To turn off: Click the 'on/off' button three times. The unit also shuts down after 3 minutes, if you don't use it. You can adjusted the automatic shut off time to 5 minutes as well.
