Been going there recently again but it only takes one bad cut to ruin the experience. I asked for a trim on the top and the barber cut off all my hair. Completely butchered it.

I have had the same person cutting my hair for the past 15 years. Times changed and I discovered Jackie at Shorty's Barbershop on Fairfax. I was a bit apprehensive because my guy knew every detail about my haircut, but after working with Jackie, my apprehension turned into happiness. She was awesome, attentive and easy to work with. In addition, I realized that she does a better job than guy I went to for 15 years. Chris... You and I have been acquaintances for the last 20 years. I'm telling you that Jackie is a keeper. She's amazing.
