The Melrose Floyd's is my favorite. The management is fantastic over there so everyone is always friendly and I've never had a bad cut. In fact, they've always been great.

The worst haircut experience of my life. I was running five minutes behind because I couldn’t find a parking spot so I called the shop 5 minutes before my appointment time let them know that I was running about five minutes late. When I walked in the door (only two minutes late) they then told me I had “missed my appointment” and that I had to wait for the next available appointment. So I patiently took a seat and waited for over an hour (1 hour 17 min to be exact) and once I finally settled into the chair I kid you not before I could blink my haircut was over. He was completed from start to finish with my haircut in under 10 minutes (8 to be exact). Then when I asked him if he could clean up my neck a bit he took out the clippers and quickly made 2 or threes passes in a vertical nonchalant motion and said - “all set” A process that took about 10-15 seconds… absolutely no attention detail or even care was given to my time or my haircut. Not to my surprise when I got home and showered the haircut was crooked, uneven, and so terrible I went and re-got it cut first thing on Monday morning. Even the new stylist said “who did this hack job to you!?”before I even said a word to her.. Hands down the worst haircut I’ve ever received in my entire life. My crooked eight minute haircut that I waited over an hour and a half cost me $32 plus I still tipped the standard 20% ($6) so all in all cost me $40. I Will Not be back.

A very nice barbershop. They took me in right at my appointment time. The barbers and stylists are good at their job. The prices are reasonable. Parking is challenging, though.
