On the whole, I love Perkins but I will not be gracing this one again. The food was decent, once it arrived, but my food didn't get delivered until more than 30 minutes after I ordered it. It was a simple meal and people who ordered 15+ minutes after me were eating before me. They were busy but not slammed. Yes, I was hangry at that point but still managed to stay respectful. Not once did the server apologize for the error nor offer me anything for the inconvenience. Either way, you can count me out.

I visited Perkins on a Tuesday evening around 6:30. The place was clean and had plenty of tables available, so we had our choice to sit anywhere. Our server was pleasant and patient, as my mother made alterations to her cheeseburger. I had the Eggs Benedict and my girlfriend had a chicken salad sandwich with a strawberry salad. I ordered a third Eggs Benedict, but the cook must have misunderstood, as I received an extra poached egg just plain. I did not request for the egg to be returned, as I was very hungry at the time and didn't care. The two Eggs Benedict were atrocious. They were not poached as I requested, and the yokes were very hard. The ham was just a slab that covered 1¼ of the two muffins. In other words there was no separate slice of ham for each muffin. The chicken salad sandwich was very bland, but the strawberry salad was delicious. The cheeseburger was good, and it came with a generous portion of French fries. The slice of coconut cream pie for dessert was a disappointment, as it had very coconut cream, and was left half-eaten. Upon checking out, I was asked by a young woman operating the register about my meal. My complaint about the eggs was met with an indifferent, "sorry.' Overall, the experience was such that I will not return. The fact that it was located next to two hotels yet was practically empty is very telling. The complacency of the staff (with the exception of our server) leads me to believe that there will be quite an attrition rate over time.

I have lived in this area for 1 year, and when i fist came here this was my favorite place to come for breakfast. Well, time have changed and not for the better. The service is lacking and overworked. The food quality has taken a turn for the worst. I am currently here and the meal was mediocre at best. I ordered my usual steak and eggs, however what I was served was a yellow heap of some sort of mass covered in a even darker yellow plastic coating called cheese along side a hockey puck that I ordered medium well that was more medium wellover cooked. I don't know what happened here but I guess I will have to find a new place to actually enjoy my breakfast.

"Hit or miss" is probably the best description of this location - even before COVID. We struggle with coming here because the service is generally pretty slow. If you hit it on a weekend morning, you will be waiting a long time (compared to other places in the area) to get a seat. Seating is still every other table from early COVID restrictions. The servers are friendly and the food is generally decent but I think they are just under staffed or really inefficient. For this visit, my toast was under toasted, my bacon request was crispy and it wasn't, the eggs were supposed to be over medium and they was still clear slime on the bottom. 🤷♀️
