This place was very abusive in the sense of corporal punishment I do however miss my old friends I had here as a kid in 2008 to 2009 such a long time ago I feel for those who experienced the same or worse here.

Angel Villa

Yess i was went here for 2 years or so it was great yeah it had some ups and down and so did i sometimes i did'nt understand but i do know the staff there when i was there were great i love them miss them too and the kids i was in 1a i loved everybody there even my enemies of the kids we got along either way and i love how when we did good we got outing or the staff brought took us out or bought us movies to watch and when i was angry yes they restrained but only cause i was a danger butbi was mad and didn't understand so im gratefull cause they taught me lessons i yet to learn and i also got better hold of my emotions at first i did not lile it but later i understood it is a great place stafff and even the school is great if you had good grade they take you bowling the teacher who took us always one he had strikes on strikes i was okay but i loved i even got to go with john stamos to universal cause of good behavior and sometimes we all got in trouble cause of a few or one kid but we did not stop the kid or tried to or told a staff so its on us and a lesson i learned and hope the other kids did to that in life when your a team its not just one but all of us uf one makes a mistake we fix or try to prevent him or her from making it and i love everybody their even the staff at front desk 😁😊 and i miss them its been around for years since then timed pass before i knew it im 13 by the way i have so much more to say and people to thank and special people kids and staff that helped me more then other and taught me but sadly the review is getting long but mr manny or og manny gave the most to me and i miss and love there are more but gettting toblong

I was placed here from the age of 9(?) to 12. It was the best place California DCS ever put me. Everything in my life when down hill from there. The staff and therapist there were the most caring and loving of my entire childhood. Thank you Chilhelp USA(you'll always be Children's Village to me).

Shasta Whorrall

This place saved my brothers and mines lives 30 years ago. They were all amazing people. The only truly good memories of my childhood come from here .Thank you for letting me be a child and helping me heal. Goo bless the work you all do!
