The homes are beautiful and the community is really nice and friendly. The downfall the HOA rules are not family orientated. They tell you that you can enjoy all the amenities with your family but that's not the case. They only allow 5 people (this includes the residents) to use any of the amenities. So if you have more than 2 kids and grandchildren you can forget about using the amenities. You will need to pick and chose which kid will join you. It's a shame because we want to enjoy our family while living here, but instead we have to go somewhere else to have a family day.

My friend just moved to her new house. Her new house is well designed for senior on wheelchair or active seniors. Her community is gated and has a spa like community center with heated pool and lots of site activities

Just Breathtaking. I have made sure to watch ... Pass... Drive ... Look. This is going to be my move in home to be completed by December 1, 2020 . So spacious , qualities in every corner of my lot , landscaping . My New home will have many beautiful , blessed memories. The Club house has awesome views from inside looking up and out the huge glass. Looking forward to being part of the growth of the trails , sidewalks, heated therapudic pool , work out area, take a tour. And see how busy you can become in this gated community.
