I purchased a puppy training course and re-arranged my Fridays with work to make sure I could attend. Last week we showed up and the trainer had called in sick the night before. We asked that if this happens again, could they inform the class participants since it was a 30 minute drive to get there. They agreed. We just showed up again and the trainer is still out sick. Rochelle, the manager, was unavailable. I understand that people get sick, but I am extremely disappointed that they wouldn’t inform the class participants so we don’t waste our time. There was no follow up on whether the classes would be refunded, no communication. We will not be returning and don’t recommend this store for any dog training classes.

I like this place they got dogs cats birds fish all living together, peacefully now if only my x-wives could learn from all of this.but seriously this place has a big bin of bulk cat liter that you can buy by the pound, not to bring in your cat to try out before you buy.oops

Their were no chinchillas, no hamsters, no Guinea pigs, nothing. They were even out of birds and turtles and they usually always have them. I don't believe they'll have chinchillas any time soon.

California does not allow non-native animals. It is illegal to own one so Petco would not be able to sell them.
Yes, they do. However, if your cat has never been groomed before, it might be a traumatic experience.
Yes they have dog training that is held in the store with other dogs. It sounds like a circus. It is this way in all Petcos. I would rather go to Petsmart where the stores are larger and the training seems to be much more professional.
There are no rats for sale, but you can buy a gerbal or a nice hamster instead. Price will vary, depending on breed, sex and color. Check with your local Petco for more details.
I don't know of any in Cherry Valley but if Calimesa isn't too far for you Calimesa Veterinary Clinic is awesome. Have been taking my cats there for over 20 years. Great Vets.
