Cannot thank Theresa and the staff here enough for the phenomenal care poured out on my mom during a very challenging health crisis. The support given to my dad was a blessing as well. My siblings and I were greeting with warmth, care, and love. Every question was answered with compassion and concern that flowed from somewhere deeper than the obvious knowledge and expertise demonstrated by the staff. Peace of mind and heart is so valuable at times like this. Thank you, Theresa and the staff at Brookdale, Hemet.

My mother has bern a resident for 4 years. When needing a place for mom to feel welcomed, and still an active member of a community I was so pleased to be welcomed and all questions answered by the most knowledgeable and caring staff. Julia in the office is a calming and sweet and always available to make your concerns or make your problems seem to be easily fixed. After fir 4 yrs in independent living mom needed to be transferred to Assisted living.... WOW, I didnβt think it was possible, but the transition has been made so easy for me... all the staff is so welcoming and overall wonderful. However I could not have done this alone without the help and concern of Terrie Encinas and Joel McClureβassets, but to me - ANGELS!!! Best facility ever...... look no further

I had a wonderful experience speaking with Julia. I visited the paint room and the library, looked in on the dining also the grounds, and garden. If I could afford to retire there, I would! Financialy it's not in the cards for me. π Thankyou Julia you were kind and knowledgeable. Lyndy. P.S. Enjoyed the car show and the west valley pep squad.

Honestly I wouldn't have anyone I'm related to live here anymore. Not only is it overly expensive but the food is terrible and so are most of the other residents. The activities are almost always the same and not very fun. My grandmother said it feels like a daycare and highschool because the community is pretty much split into little "gangs" or "cliques". Most of the residents are fairly nice and seem to be happy but sorry the say the few ruin it for the majority. The only people my grandmother loved were the workers. They treated her so kindly and always tried to keep a smile on her face even when their day was bad because of all the horrible residents they had to deal with. Overall the staff are nice and friendly and put residents needs ahead of their own but the residents attitudes, nastiness, and small mindedness made my grandmother leave. She was the only Spanish speaking resident among a sea of Caucasian so the diversity isn't all there unless you count the staff which seem to all be Chicano, Hispanic, or African American. Sorry but she had a horrible time.

Hi Tim the best way to get that answer is to call Brookdale sunwest on Monday and ask for Julia. She is the sales manager and she should be able to answer any questions you may have
Yes with a proper background check and and tb testing
Not many senior "facilities" in Hemet. I'm thinking you could call the first one get when googling it, call them, and they could point you in the right direction. Or maybe (if lucky) do a "WHOIS" with their name and Hemet, might bring some info. I find people for a hobby, and make a few bucks at it. Not really that hard if their not trying to hide.
