This place is great. Reasonably priced for the thorough cleaning they do. I don’t get the frills, just interior and exterior cleaning. Wait can be long as they are usually busy. They are good about telling you proximate wait time. I’ve had to turn around and leave when I’m told the wait time is longer than my schedule allows. Friendly people. Nice wait area.

I was very surprised that the car wash and detail of my tires took less than 15 minutes, that includes waiting in line for my FREE car wash. Staff was very courteous and friendly. I would recommend Classy Chassy over their competitors . . . that are associated with animal names🤣

I spent over a hundred dollars here to get my wife's car detailed. Payed an extra 40 for the seats. They didn't wipe down everything. They didn't shampoo every section of the carpet or every seat, and they left my car wet. My matt's weren't clean, and my windshield was left blurry with smudges. The sides of the car door weren't even wiped down. They say they're military friendly, but they didn't even give me a discount like they advertise. The best part was the machine wash. I use them often, and they do have a good machine wash, but you can't go wrong with a machine right? I am planning on going in to get a refund on the detail, because after this, I had to take it to a self service and do everything myself and dry out the seats with the vacuum. I am very disappointed in their detail employees. They will never get my business again, even though their car wash machine was great. They scammed me out of 80+ dollars and a left me with a wet and dirty car. Hopefully, I get my money back.

It was okay service Staff friendly. I asked for some extra wipe down on seats and pointed out specific areas of concern. I picked it up and some was still there. They said "it is just a wipe down". I'm thinking $20+ bucks for just a basic wipe down? I went and bought armor all cleaning wipes. Wiped over the areas again and they were gone. So either they are my putting effort into doing a good job or didn't quite bother to wipe it down at all. Not sure which. Points for offering to redo but I was on a hurry. Photos show the stain/spot after their wipe down the following photo shows after my wipe down.
