This place is amazing. Best tire shop I ever been to in my whole life. Freddy is remarkable. He makes it easy on you, no pressure. Takes about an hour and a half for them to fix your tire or replace it. I ran over a nail and came here twice. I will come here for now on. Thanks for everything!!!!!

Previously, I purchased four tires, a brake pad and paid for an alignment at American tire depot. On July the 2nd 2022, I went back to American tire Depot after going to them a week before but I was told to come in on a Saturday. I mentioned to Danny that my alignment was off he told me if I would have came in a week before my warranty would still be good on the alignment. Also, I was told I would have to wait an hour and a half for them to check why my tire light was on. After doing so, I was called to pick up the car and told that if I drove the car for 2 miles the light will go off that the tires were pulled off, dipped and checked. After driving over 10 miles the same day, I telephoned American tire Depot and Danny answered the phon. He said that I can bring the car back today or tomorrow which is Sunday. I went back to American Tire Depot on Sunday, July the 3rd 2022. Chris behaved as though it was more important to shovel his papers around then to find out why I was there. Once I informed him of the above, he was nonchalant and arrogant. He asked me what was your tire pressure, which tires did they check as though I did something wrong to him. Chris was informed, by me, that I did not know, could he check his paper work? Chris never smiled at me He made me feel as though I did not matter. I was also asked what was the mileage on the car? I saw him walking over to his coworkers is though he was talking about me as though I did something wrong. When he came to me and asked me to sign the paper. I told him I will never return there again which I never will poor poor poor customer service. All customers should be treated the same with respect and courteous. Shame on you American tire Depot.

I just went in to have my tire checked that was losing air pressure fairly quickly and they patched it up in about 30 mins and didn’t charge me anything which was really nice! They recommended new tires in a few months but I appreciate their honesty and good service!!
