Definitely do not recommend visiting this UPS location the staff is unprofessional and the environment is very toxic. The heavy-set Mexican woman wearing a harness was very rude (believe her name was maggy) , rolled her eyes and yelled at me when i asked for my receipt after waiting 15 minutes to be helped while she was making jokes and laughing with a pregnant female employee instead of helping customers .I asked to speak to a manager, a man named Robert who was sagging his pants with his underwear and behind showing came out and was equally unpleasant and did not resolve the problem nor care. The owner should be notified of this deplorable behavior, the store is a mess to say the least. Will be going to the 27th location from now on, I've had several bad experiences at this 12th and wilshire, santa monica location. Will NEVER return here again.

This is a review unfortunately that I have to post. After calling ahead and confirming that a notary would indeed be present, I walked over at about 4:55 and was told that the notary left at 4:30. When I mentioned that I had called ahead and was told This a employee by the name of Maria told me there was no way I had called ahead because they had been notifying people who had called that the notary would be gone at 4:30. Maria, I don’t need to be called a liar and I have nothing to benefit from stating this. Post Covid doesn’t have to mean post manners. All I ask is that you don’t be rude to me and I will likewise treat you the same. If you do have to come here, I would encourage you to find someone other than Maria.

They charge $10 per package shipped here. I came to pick up my packages 3 hours after they had been delivered by UPS and the packages had not been scanned in yet by their employees. They asked me to come back hours later but I couldn’t get back the same day because I had a meeting. Super inconvenient to come back the next day and I let them know. An employee found me in the parking lot as I was leaving and told me that he would look through the packages to find mine, and he did.

I have had a mailbox at this store for 24 years; during that entire time, only two errors have occurred. This is a pretty amazing record, and I find the staff courteous and helpful. I cannot imagine what prompts the negative reviews, because I have never seen rudeness. They can be very busy at certain times of day, and everyone seems to want their task done first - which is not possible.
