My experiences with multiple repairs of my Ford Explorer were poor. The service was timely, but none of the repairs ever resolved the original issue. A lot of money spent to replace parts for improperly diagnosed issues.

Giving an extra star this time, because I made a mistake and the service manager explained my mistake to me. Not so friendly as you'd think a service manager should be but it was explained. The alignment done was worth the extra star, not perfect but decent enough.

They deserve a 5 star, very good customer service, all charges are clear, no hidden fees, they let you know what’s needed to be done. Every time they response so fast, so efficient, love the work and the experience there. Keep it up guys :)

No. Do not go there! Across the street there is a whole lot of mechanics that are more trustworthy. I go to smog pros that also do car work.
