If you want an arrogant doctor who won't listen to you, makes assumptions about your symptoms, and one where you have to argue that hemoglobin and hematocrit are not the same thing... then this place is for you. I've normally received exceptional care from Loma Linda, but this was my first (and now last) time at this particular facility.

Just changed HMO to LLUH. Best decision in a long time. I was seen immediately. PA Kyle was great. Very attentive. He diagnosed the issue and I was on my way. The condition cleared resolved I'm feeling much better. Thanks PA Kyle. You rock!

This is a fast, efficient medical service facility that allowed us to make an appointment reservation, prior to our arrival... To us, this is very useful instead of registering as a, "Walk-In"... The attending physician, Doctor Kim, after apparently spending most of the day at this facility, was still extremely attentive, task oriented and personable; he was able to make a diagnosis after receiving a couple of lab test results; he then prescribed needed treatment medications and we we able to leave within a half-hour... The entire medical team gave the impression of being a caring and companionate organization in providing their services... I would highly recommend this Urgent Care Medical Services site for the stated reasons and additionally, that this facility is just off I-10, Mountain View Ave Exit, providing an easy access to...

The staff could not have been nicer. The admitting clerk was so quick in getting my paperwork completed. I sat down to text my wife; but, the RN called me back before I could get that communication completed. The RN took my vitals and the doctor was in the treatment room before I could get another text out. The amazing thing was that I was able to have all this done - including a lab test - in less than 30 minutes from check in to walking out with my discharge papers. Everyone was so efficient, courteous (friendly) and helpful.
