Went to a U.S. bank in Fairfield to get notary services. This branch was in need of some help. It wasn't easily visible from the road and needed updating. The door was locked at 10:15 am on saturday due to lack of staff!

I had a very bad experience at this location today. I went to withdraw money for an upcoming wedding and there were two bankers there at this location who talked very rudely to me and were questioning me about my account and why I had a certain amount in my account, which I thought was none of their concern, I was a little disturbed at the way they were interrogating me like I am a criminal. I felt like leaving the place but had to get my work done due to lack of time. I don't think I will ever go to this location again. Also the person who was helping me took forever to give me my money and kept asking the other ruder person for help as I think she was not sure what she was doing.

This branch is incredible! Every time I have an issue, it is taken care of in a timely and efficient manner. I have had many experiences with Lauren...she always greets me BY NAME whenever I walk in, which is surprising to me since they are always so busy when I'm in there. It's so nice to get such a personalized feel in such a big bank! Definitely recommend this bank!
