I just moved to the area and have not gotten my washer and dryer delivered yet and needed to wash and visited this location and first I want to say is 5.75 just to wash a load of clothes is B.S, second I count every penny that I have and the washer didn't recognize my koney then when I told the attendant, she could not do anything and called the manager and still no resolution so I'm going to say that I'm out of 5.75 and still could not wash my load of clothes. My 1st and last time ever coming to this location. If I could give then no stars I would because of the lack of resolution they are willing to do to keep customers coming back.

I come to do my laundry here a couple times a month and every time I go and towards the night it seems like the person in the floor is doing all the work by herself with no help at all even tho there is someone in the back. It doesn’t seem fair to the person on the floor whatsoever. The lady seems so stressed out since she’s doing everything by herself. If they care about their customers they would care about their employees as well. I just know they can’t make any money at all if they loose their employees and customers. The owners need to make sure everyone is doing their part and not leave everything to one person. It’s ridiculous that they allow their employees to get treated like that. It’s not just like it’s a one time thing it’s multiple time throughout the month.
