I discovered this store while frantically looking for sunglasses during my work-driving shift. I had been to two pharmacies with zero luck on finding anything stylish. Rainbow had not only a great selection, they actually had styles that are in fashion in 2021! I ended up buying four pairs! But the best part of this shopping experience, was entering the store, and getting a friendly hello from the associates, who was working near the front of the store. And the associate who rang up my transaction, was so friendly, and engaging. I was in such a hurry, i forgot to get their names, but it was AM, today.These two gals are the reason I plan on returning! I can tell they're probably really good at offering their style expertise, too! A+++++++++

I love this particular store. It has great things you dont find in some of the other stores. Some stores are overloaded with clothes and it is very overwhelming to go into. This store is not that way. I live in another state and I always shop at this location.

The customer service at this outlet is the best. I ordered the wrong size online by mistake, and was bummed that the confirmation email said my order was 'unavailable for changes or cancellation'. I emailed the outlet anyway, and someone named Nate wrote back a few hours later that the size had been changed for me. Thanks Rainbow Shops!
